HRANA News Agency – Hossain Mousavian, the head of National Front party, was summoned by the intelligence service, and interrogated for three hours. He has been told that the National Front was not allowed to hold any meeting.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hossain Mousavian the head of National Front party, after a meeting which was held for leadership board and executive board at the house of Adib Broumand on August 24, was arrested by the intelligence service forces and interrogated for three hours. Soheil Arabi’s Case Sent Back to the Court of Appeal

HRANA News Agency – Soheil Arabi’s case has been sent to equivalent court branch to be tried on September 1.
Amirsalar Davoodi, Soheil Arabi’s lawyer, in an interview with HRANA said, “After the death sentence of Soheil Arabi was denied in branch number 34 of the Supreme Court, with chief judge Eslami, the file has been sent to branch number 10 of penal court and the submission to court has been received, dated for September 1”. Video Footage of Gathering in Khavaran Cemetery in 2007

HRANA News Agency – This short video shows gathering and singing by a group of civil and political activists and relatives of political prisoners executed in the 1980s at Khavaran cemetery in September 2007.

Khavaran Cemetery is a narrator of one of the greatest violations of human rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Officials of the Islamic Republic in the summer of 1981 decided to bury executed leftist prisoners in a piece of land adjacent to the cemetery of Armenians and Hindus at southeast of Tehran. In 1981, a number of those executed Baha’is, as well as some of those who were killed in the armed conflict were buried in this cemetery, due to the decision made by the authorities of the Islamic Republic. Erfan Halgheh Activists Arrested in Qom

HRANA News Agency – A group of followers of the “Erfan Halgheh”, who had staged a sit-in at Sanctuary of “Hazrat Masomeh”, in Qom, from 9 days ago in protest against the death sentence of Mohammad Ali Taheri, were arrested on Monday 24th August and 12 of them have so far been identified.
