Ehsan Shahqasemi Released from the Prison
HRANA News Agency – Ehsan Shahqasemi who had been sentenced to death on charge of murder of a Basij member was released by the end of the sentence of the general aspects of the crime and also obtaining the consent of the victim’s parents, the charge of murder and the death sentence of Shahqasemi had taken place in circumstances that the death of “Ali Khalili” was three years after the clash and the he had consented officially and received the payment as the blood money or the cost of treatment.

25 Years Imprisonment without Furlough; Osman Mostafapoor
HRANA News Agency – Osman Mostafapoor, political prisoner of Uremia prison is serving his sentence since 25 years ago without furlough. He was sentenced to accumulation of 35 years, in two different cases by the revolutionary court.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Osman Mostafapoor (born in 1967) was arrested on July 14, 1991, and imprisoned the same year. He was sentenced to death in branch number one of the revolutionary court of Uremia on charge of accompanying in murder by judge Javaheri. This sentence was reduced to 10 years in prison in 2001. Iraj Hatami Beaten in Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj
HRANA News Agency – Iraj Hatami, political prisoners detained in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, who is kept with the prisoners of serious crimes in exile, was beaten by a number of prisoners.

5 Civil Rights Activists Went to Ardebil Prison
HRANA News Agency – Five civil rights activists named Rahim Gholami, Ali Vaseghi, Ali Kheyrjoo, Morteza Parvin, Mehrdad Shahbazi and Behruz Shahbazi were sent to Ardebil prison for serving their three-months-imprisonment and thirty lashes sentences.
According to the report of the Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), each of these activists had been sentenced to three months in prison and thirty lashes in November 2015 on charges of “disturbing the public order and welfare by ethnic and nationalist slogans in the football stadium”. Mostafa Azizi Returned to Evin Prison

Mohammad Amin Agooshi Transferred to Central Prison of Tabriz
HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Amin Agooshi, political prisoner from Piranshar prison, presented himself to Tabriz prison to continue his sentence and is held in military prisoners’ ward.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohammad Amin Agooshi, prisoner of Zahedan Central prison, who had been on furlough, in a conversation with HRANA’s reporter, said: “After spending 7 years and 8 months of my sentence, I received a letter regarding my transfer to Tabriz prison, on 7th February, and I presented myself to Tabriz prison to serve the remaining of my sentence, on 22nd March”.
