HRANA News Agency – In two separate incidents, three men were killed, a baby and a woman got injured when Iran Police opened fire on them without warning.
At the first incident, “Abdollah Moradzehi” a citizen of Khash district was travelling back from Zahedan with his family – his wife and two children- when they were shot upon by police without initial warning. The shooting was done by Second Lieutenant “Mohsen Bandohi” who is suffering from mental and psychological problems and based on the report of Forensic pathology he was not mentally fit to carry weapons. The shooting killed Abdollah Moradzehi on the spot and seriously injured his wife and his child whom were admitted to a hospital. Five citizens killed and wounded after police opened fire
HRANA News Agency – In two separate incidents, three men were killed, a baby and a woman got injured when Iran Police opened fire on them without warning.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the first incident took place on Wednesday 10 September, 2014 during which a man named “Abdollah Moradzehi” was killed instantly after he was shot in his neck, chest and stomach. Saqi Feda’i rearrested in Mashhad
HRANA News Agency – Saqi Feda’i, a Bahai from Mashhad, has been summoned to the Ministry of Intelligence and arrested.

Saeed Haeiri has been released from prison
HRANA News Agency – Saeed Haeiri, student activist was released from Evin prison, after serving his two years in prison sentence.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the leftist student activist was arrested in Enghelab square, on December 20, 2009, while he and his friends intended to attend in funeral ceremony of Ayatollah Montazeri. After 80 days in ward 209 in Evin he was released on 1000 million Iranian Rials bail. In September 2010 he was tried in branch 26 of revolutionary court of Tehran with chief judge Pirabbasi and sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison and 74 lashes, on charge of collusion and threating the national security. Atena Faraghdani, children’s rights activist is arrested
HRANA News Agency – Atena Faraghdani the painter and children’s rights activist has been arrested two weeks ago for unknown reasons. There is no information about her whereabouts after arrest.

Susan Tabyaniyan sentenced: 1 year in prison
HRANA News Agency – Susan Tabyaniyan, a Bahai from Semnan who was arrested on May 31, 2014, has been sentenced to one year in prison. Her trial took place on August 7.

Three Executions Postponed In Bandar Abbas
HRANA News Agency – Three death–row prisoners who were taken to solitary confinement to be sent to execution chamber were given extra time by the families of the victims. These three prisoners were sent back to their Wards after the families consent to postpone their execution.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on Tuesday 09 September, 2014 three death-row prisoners ( two from the Youth Ward and 1 from Ward 4) were transferred to solitary confinement cells to be prepared for execution. However, they were sent back to their wards after the families of victims agreed to provide them with a time extension. One year in prison for a Khomaini-Shahr citizen
HRANA News Agency – Mahmood Soroosh who is a baker, has been sentenced to one year in prison for being active in social media.

At least 2 prisoners executed at Rajai Shahr Prison
HRANA News Agency – While it is believed that at least 22 prisoners were transferred to Rajai Shahr prison for death penalty, however, only execution of just two of them (one female and one male), has been verified by HRANA. There is still no information about the fate of the other prisoners.

A Kurdish political activist sentenced to 7 years in prison
HRANA News Agency – Badi Hoseinpanahi, political activists held in Bandar Lengeh prison by the Revolutionary Court, has been sentenced to 7 years in prison.
