8 executions at Bandar Abbas Prison

HRANA News Agency – Seven people charged with drug smuggling and one person charged with murder were executed in Bandar Abbas.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) received from Mehr , the following were sentenced to death by Bandar Khamir city Islamic Revolutionary Court:(Y.D)  charged with possession and trafficking of 3 kilos of Heroin on Bandar Abbas to Bandar Khamir route.(M.KH)  charged with possession and trafficking of 94 kilos and 450 grams of Heroin in Bandar Abbas  to Bandar Khamir route.(M.A) charged with possession and trafficking of 8 kilos of Heroin on Bandar Abbas to Bandar Khamir route.(A.H) charged with possession and trafficking of 30 kilos of compressed Heroin (Crack)  on Bandar Abbas to Bandar Khamir route. A Sardashti Kulbar was injured by security forces

HRANA News Agency – A Kulbar from Sardasht with the name of Khalegh Khalehei was injured by being shot by the security forces, and was transferred to hospital on Friday August 29.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Khalegh Khalehei, the Sardashti citizen who is living by Kulbari (Smuggling goods – mainly home appliances – in small quantities and by passing through difficult and harsh mountain roots), was injured on his leg, in Alani Shahr in Sardasht, by being shot without warning of security forces on Friday August 29. Mohammad Davari must serve extra 45 days in prison

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Davari, political prisoner was sentenced to forty-five excessive days in prison, when he was expecting to be released after he served his sentence.

HRANA News Agency – A Sunni prisoner of conscience awaiting execution in Iran’s Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj has been prevented from having family visits for more than four years.

Farhad Eqbali begins 5-year sentence in Gorgan

HRANA NEws Agency – Farhad Eqbali, a Bahai resident of Gorgan, reported to prison on August 27 to begin serving his 5-year sentence.
