Fear of Imminent Execution: Younes Aghayan Was Transferred to Solitary Confinement

HRANA News Agency –  Younes Aghayan, ethnic prisoner sentenced to death was transferred from Mahabad prison to solitary confinement in Urmia prison, yesterday.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Younes Aghayan, a follower of the Yari faith (Ahl-e Haq), ethnic prisoner who is sentenced to death, was transferred from Mahabad prison to solitary confinement in Urmia prison. There is fear of his execution.

Milad Dehghan, political activist arrested

HRANA News Agency – Political activist, Milad dehghan, a member of Pan-Iranist Party was arrested in Ahwaz on Sunday, December 9, 2012.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Milad dehghan, a member of Pan-Iranist Party was arrested in Ahwaz  and at the same time the houses of his father and his uncle were searched by security forces and they seized his personal things.

There is no more information about his charge(s) and the place he is hold, up to now.

Security forces in iran have began a new wave of pressure and arrest of Pan-Iranist Party members.

Security forces have arrested 10 members of this party in who were gathering at home of Reza Kermani on Thursday, November 22, 2012. Among them, Hojat Kalashi and Ozhen Akbari, are still in jail.

Nine people were arrested in Ahwaz | Arraignment by electronic shocker

HRANA News Agency –  Nine Arab citizens were arrested in Ahwaz, Iran and their arraignment was by electronic shocker.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Security forces in night attacks arrested 9 arab citizens: Ali Chabishbad 46, Hossein Chabishbad 22, Habib Silaveh, Seyed Yasin Mousavi 34, Salman Chayan 32, Mohamad Chayan 30, Karim Chayan 34 and Ashour Shamikli from Khalaf Al Moslem village in Shoush, Ahwaz.

Activists and their relatives say they confessed under torture and for example, their arraignment was by electronic shocker.

Shahoo Hosseini, teacher and journalist fired from his work

HRANA News Agency – Shahoo Hosseini, political activist, journalist, teacher, Civic and Cultural activist was fired from Education Ministry.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Shahoo Hosseini, political activist, journalist, teacher, Civic and Cultural activist and student of M.A. in political science from Mahabad was fired from Education Ministry.

Six Kurdish Citizens Were Sentenced to 15 Year in Prison

HRANA News Agency – Six Kurdish Citizens Were Sentenced prison in Mahabad city by the Appeals Court.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), quoted from Mokerian News Agency, six Kurdish citizens in Mahabad, Iran: Samko Osmani, Ali Borna, Osman Ghader Nejad, Soleyman Rahimzadeh, Anvar Izad Doust and Mohamad Izad Doust on charges related to National Security were sentenced to prison by the Appeals Court.

Soleyman Rahimzadeh were sentenced to 4 year in prison, Ali Borna an Osman Ghader Nejad 4 years for each, Anvar and Mohamad Izad Doust, 4 year for each and Samko, 1.5 year.

 

At least six Iranian Baluch Illegal Traders were killed by Iranian Border Police

HRANA News Agency – Iranian Border Police fired at a group of Baluch Illegal Traders, killed at least six of them and injured the rest, last week, near Sarbaz city.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), in this night attack Iranian border police killed at least six of them who their names are: Shahdad Salahzehi, Esmail Sanjarzehi, Shanbeh Sanjarzehi, Mohamad Sanjarzehi and Mohamad Rahmanzehi.

No information about five Kurdish political prisoners from Urmia prison

HRANA News Agency – There is no information about five Kurdish political prisoners from Urmia prison who were transferred to an unknown place, on Thursday, October 11, 2012.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on Thursday, October 11, 2012, five Kurdish political prisoners: Jahangir (Houshang) Badouzadeh,  Ahmad Tamoui, Youcef Kaka Mami, Ali Ahmad Soleiman and Mustafa Ali Ahmad, fro political Ward of Urmia prison were transferred to an unknown place and there is no information about them up to now.

At least four Baluch citizens were detained in Nikshahr, Iran

HRANA News Agency – Intelligence and security forces began the arrest of oppositions’ relatives, following the recent explosion in Chabahar.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), in reaction to the recent explosion which killed several militia and military forces in a gathering in Chabahar, Security forces began the arrest of oppositions’ relatives in Nikshahr and transferred them to an unknown place.

There is no exact information about these arrests but according to the local sources, in an extended attack, security forces arrested Kheir Mohamad Naroui, Ghalandar Amiri, Mohamad Amin Amiri and the husband of Kheir Mohamad’s sister.

Eight Kurdish Sunni citizens were detained in Muchesh, Kamyaran

HRANA News Agency – Eight Kurdish Sunni citizens (followers of Maktab Koran) from Muchesh, were detained by security forces after they were called by police station.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on Sunday 21 October, eight Kurdish Sunni citizens were called by local police station. But at the entrance there was a car from security forces, detained and transferred them to the Intelligence Agency of Kamyaran.

The name of detainees are: Ataollah Mohamadian, Asadollah Saed Mucheshi, Abedin Saed Mucheshi, Mehdi Saed Mucheshi, Ali Saed Panah, Fardin Saed Mucheshi, Saber Ayoubi and Hamed Awseti.

It is said, one their charges is distributing Maktab Koran’s announcements about the Kurdish Sunni teachers who are forbidden of teaching.

Maktab Koran is a Kurdish Sunni religious movement founded by َAllama Ahmed Moftizadeh.

Three Iranian Sunni M.D. students were fired with no certification

HRANA News Agency – Three Iranian Kurdish M.D. students with Sunni faith were fired from college with no certification.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Three Iranian Kurdish M.D. students with Sunni faith (followers of Kakeh Ahmad Moftizadeh)  were fired from college after they presented their final thesis. And, the college authorities in Kurdistan and Hamedan of Iran did not deliver their M.D. certificates. They were told their certificates have been seized by Intelligence Ministry.
