No Information about Arrested Arab Civilians of Ahwaz

HRANA News Agency – Ahwaz intelligence officers had arrested a number of Arab citizens living in various cities of Khuzestan in June. Despite passage of a few months since the arrest, there is still no information about them.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the intelligence forces had arrested a number of Sunni citizens in Hamidieh of Ahwaz in June. Mansour Shakhi, 19, Baqer Obaidavi, 18, Mortaza Saedi, 22, Hamze Saedi, 28, were identified as four of the detainees.
Despite the passage of 3 months since the arrest, there is still no news about them.
It should be reminded that security forces had surrounded the entrance and exit roads of the Mellashee area in the western suburbs of Ahwaz and raided several houses in Street 16 of Mellashee Zone on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, after the attack on police station 22 of Mujahid Neighborhood in Ahwaz and killing two officers.
During the clashes with security forces, Adnan Hardani, 29, was killed by the bullet.
Local sources say that before the murder of Adnan Hardani, several individuals were arrested by security forces in Arvandkenar area, located 52 kilometers far from south of Abadan (about 300 meters far from south of Iraq), on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, in connection with the police station 22. But there is no information about their identities.
The Valiasr Army or the judiciary have not yet explained about the armed conflict, the murder of Adnan Hardani and the arrest of citizens in Arvandkenar and also their connection with the attack on a police station and killing the officers is not clear.
Mohammad Hardani, 30m from Mellashee, was also arrested by the intelligence office in Ahwaz on July 7, 2017 and transferred to an unknown location. Mohammad Hardani is Adnan Hardani’s brother.
Also Hossein Halali, from Kot Abdullah who was wanted by the intelligence forces was arrested in Isfahan on July 30, 2017, and was probably transferred to the Ahwaz intelligence Detention Center.
