Ramazan Ahmad Kamal Tried Once More in Karaj

HRANA News Agency – Ramazan Ahmad Kamal was sent to court from Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), a Kurdish Syrian citizen was returned again from Qazvin Prison to Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj in late March this year.
This Kurdish Syrian citizen has a difficult situation in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, due to medical neglect and the injury caused by a bullet at the time of his arrest. Prison’s clinic, earlier, had reported to Tehran’s prosecutor that doctors are not able to treat him in the prison’s clinic and he should have an operation in a hospital outside of the prison, which was prevented by the prosecutor.
This prisoner’s right arm was shot during the arrest, in 2008, by the Intelligence Ministry agents and since his detention till now he was not treated seriously which has caused this political prisoner’s muscles get weak and severe infection at his wound.
Ramazan Ahmed Kamal, who was charged with membership in Turkish Kurdistan Workers’ Party and has been sentenced to ten years imprisonment, during this time has been in prisons of Makoo, Qazvin, Evin and Rajai Shahr.
