The judge ordered two political to return to prison

HRANA News Agency – As getting closer to the 11th presidential election  Behnam Ebrahimzadeh and Didar Raoufi faced denial of renewing their vacations and have to return to prison by the verdict issued by judge.

According to a report by Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Behnam Ebrahimzadeh the imprisoned labor activist in ward 350 in Evin prison whom his son is under the medical treatments because of blood cancer, is in vacation to follow up the process and being with his son, has to return to the prison by the verdict issued by judge.

One of the relatives of this imprisoned labor activist said to the correspondent of HRANA that “The court called Behnam on Sunday that he has to return to the prison whereas because of Nima’s condition the court issued a warrant to forensics to check Nima and then make decision about renewing the vacation verdict or not, however, they asked him to return.”

Didar Raoufi the Baha’i prisoner sentenced to three years imprisonment and has exiled from Evin to Rajaie Shahr prison on August 5, 2012 faced denial for renewing his vacation permission and been asked to return to Rajaie Shahr prison by the verdict issued by judge.

Shiva Nazar Ahari, Masoud Bastani, Hossein Ronaghi Maleki, Bahareh Hedayat, Ahmad Zeid Abadi and Bahman Ahmadi Amooie are the other prisoners who were in vacation and asked to return to the related prisons.
