HRA News Agency – Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court issued a total of eight years of prison for two individuals, who disputed the election results.
According to HRANA,Two individuals who disputed election results, Mr. Saeed Hadri and Morteza Layeghi, were each sentenced to four years of “punitive imprisonment” by branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran, chaired by Judge Salavati. The aforementioned individuals were transferred to branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court to be notified of their sentences, and they did not have access to attorneys during the process of hearing.
Earlier, Ghader Rahimi, another defendant in this case, was sentenced to one year of prison, with five years of suspension. He was trialed by branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court without being present at the court.
