HRANA News Agency – Amir Valizadeh and Azimi Ghadim were arrested in Tabriz by security forces.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on Wednesday, April 6 Amir Valizadeh, the administrator of Telegram channel of “rationality, analysis and action”, was arrested and transferred to an unknown location by the security forces in Tabriz.

Also on Wednesday, April 6 a cleric named Azimi Ghadim along with his child was arrested in Sahand Stadium of Tabriz due to the chanting, he was released later that day.

It is said that probably the arrest of the 2 activists was due to the activities of individuals in respond to regional tensions between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
