The following terms and conditions govern all use of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) and all content and services available at or through the website. The website is owned and operated by Human Rights Activists (HRA), also known as Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRAI).
By using and participating with HRANA, you indicate that you have read these terms and conditions. Also, you indicate that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our website. Please promptly exit this site and possibly other HRA’s entities and divisions. HRA reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time to reflect updates to the organization processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes. If we decide to change these terms of use, we will post the changes here at the same link by which you are accessing these terms of use.

Rules for Online Conduct

You agree to use the website in accordance with all applicable laws. Since HRA is a non-political non-governmental organization, you agree that you may use the site for legal purposes ONLY. You further agree that you will not e-mail or post any of the following content anywhere on the site, or on any other HRA’s resources including, but not limited to, HRANA’s social media accounts:

  • Content that discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them;
  • Content that infringes another’s intellectual property, including copyrights;
  • Material that contains pornographic; or
  • Content that is otherwise unlawful.

Please be aware that HRA may remove user-generated content on any HRA’s resources at any time.


The contents of this website protect under copyright law. You do not need to request permission to share HRA’s content which is available publicly. As long as you include the proper citation to HRA, you are free to do so. We understand that citations may vary based on the style guide you use. However, you may not use it for commercial purposes nor alter or transform it. Indeed, it is not permitted and should be formally approved by HRA prior to use.
