Abbas Lesani and Roghayeh Alizadeh Acquitted by the Court

HRANA News Agency – Branch number one of Ardabil revolutionary court, acquitted Abbas Lesani, Turk (Azeri) activist and his wife Roghayeh Alizadeh.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Abbas Lesani and Roghayeh Alizadeh, who were charged with propaganda against the regime in favor of conflicting groups and organizations, were acquitted in branch number one of the revolutionary court of Ardabil by judge Khodadadi.
The court did not recognize condemning Fitileh show as propaganda against the regime and therefore the allegation was dropped.
The court session of Abbas Lesani and his wife, Roghayeh Alizadeh was held on June 1st, in branch number 1 of Ardabil revolutionary court by judge Khodadadi.
Need to be mentioned that Mr. Lesani was kept in exile in Adel Abad prison of Shiraz, and released later after serving one year, just after he had started a hunger strike.
