Hadi Eghbali Arrested To Serve His Sentence

HRANA News Agency – Hadi Eghbali, political prisoner, was arrested and sent to the prison to endure his sentence of eight and a half years imprisonment.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Hadi Eghbali was sent to ward 8 of Evin prison, on Wednesday 16th September, to endure his sentence of eight and a half years imprisonment.
The charges against Hadi Eghbali were acting against national security, insulting the Supreme Leader, insulting the president and propaganda against the regime. His sentence was issued by Judge Moghiseh of Branch 28 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court.
This political prisoner had been arrested earlier in 2012 and had been held for 101 days in ward 2A of Revolutionary Guards in Evin Prison and was released on the bail.
