Hassan Taffah In Critical Health Condition In Rajai Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Hassan Taffah, 86-year-old prisoner in Rajai Shahr prison has got severe weakness as a result of leukemia and his health condition has been reported critical.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Hassan Taffah, 86-year-old prisoner in Rajai Shahr prison, has got severe physical weakness due to leukemia and despite having medical record in prison clinic, Mr. Mardani, the head of Rajai Shahr prison, rejects to send him for treatment, because of the order of prosecutor, Khodabakhshi. His health condition has been reported deteriorated.
It should be mentioned that Hassan Taffah is still held in prison, despite the passage of one year from the acceptance of his punishment intolerance order, and he is being deprived of freedom, leave or even being transferred to the hospital.
Hassan Taffah was arrested by the security forces and was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment by Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Salvati, on charges of espionage and propaganda against the regime.
