HRANA News Agency – After 50 days of Amir Amirgholi’s arrest, his family still have no information about him.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), even after 50 days of detention of Ali (Amir) Amirgholi his family has no information about his situation.
On 1^st December, he was arrested at mid night with an order by persecutor of branch 6 of Shahid Moghadas court.
An informed source in this regard told HRANA’s reporter, “The officers after searching his room took his personal items and even some of his family’s belongings with them. In response to his father’s question that asked: What is my son’s crime? They answered; nothing, we are taking him to answer a few questions and he will be back in two or three days. ”
This source told HRANA’s reporter, “Amir has had a short phone call to his family and he has not been allowed to have a visit. His family has no news why he has been detained and where he is being held.”
It should be noted, Amir Amirgholi, was a student activist earlier, and following political activities in 2008, he was arrested and expelled from the university.
