Mohammad Reza Poorshajari Started Hunger Strike

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Reza Poorshajari, known as Siamak Mehr, imprisoned blogger at central prison of Karaj, started hunger strike in protest to his uncertain condition, profiling a new case against him and his re-arrest.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohammad Reza Poorshajari who was writing with the allonym od Siamak Mehr, started hunger strike in protest to his uncertain condition, profiling a new case against him and his re-arrest on Saturday February 7.
He has written in a letter that a copy of it provided for HRANA, “I was released after serving four years from Islamic Republic’s hell prisons, for absurd and baseless charges like acts against the national security, insulting the supreme leader and belligerent, which judiciary system imposed on me, on August 23. Just after 38 days, in September 30, the intelligence service of Uremia forces kidnaped me and detained me in dungeons of that organization. They interrogated me for the same allegation that I had served in jail. They profiled a new case for me and sent the  new case to Karaj’s prosecution, but again in Karaj I was interrogated, insulted, humiliated, threatened to death, abused for countless hours in intelligence service detention center, known as Ward number 8 of IRGC. Now, it is about four months that I am kept among criminals and smugglers, thefts and mental patients in one the most dirty cells in an uncertain condition … “.
This political prisoner had two hurt attacks and diagnosed with many diseases like prostate, diabetes, kidney stone, etc.
He is currently kept among dangerous criminals in central prison of Karaj.
