HRANA News Agency – Mostafa Tajzadeh has been sentenced to another four months imprisonment. This prisoner had been first sentenced to 6 years in prison and during his imprisonment time, based on the Revolutionary Guards complaints, was sentenced to another year of imprisonment.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the wife of this political prisoner announced this news and said; during the period of his furlough, there was no contact with them regarding his return and for less than ten days, his husband has been sentenced to four months imprisonment.
Mustafa Tajzadeh was accused of propaganda against the regime by the Revolutionary Guards complaints regarding his critical letters to Iran’s leadership during his imprisonment and by refusing to attend the court hearing as he believed that it was behind closed doors and illegal, he was sentenced to another 1 year by Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court and by judge Moghiseh, and by implementation of this sentence, on the legal date which was 29th March 2015, he was not released.
Seyed Mostafa Tajzadeh, a senior member of Revolution Mojahedin Organization and Mosharekat Party, was arrested after the elections in 2009 on charges of gathering and colluding to disturb the national security and propaganda against the regime, and was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment by Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court presided over by Judge Salvati, and the sentence was exactly upheld by an appeals court.
This political prisoner is held in prison isolated and apart from other prisoners, after he returned to prison in August 2010.
