A Report on Ali Asghar Mahmoudian’s Situation in Semnan Prison

HRANA News Agency – The physical condition of “Ali Asghar Mahmoudian”, political prisoner in Semnan prison, is reported to be critical. A person close to Mr. Mahmoudian told HRANA’s reporter that, the prisoner’s legs were at risk of paralysis and inability, and despite the lack of treatment inside the prison, authorities have refused to send him on medical furlough.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), a close person to Ali Asghar Mahmoudian in an interview with HRANA said; “this political prisoner in Semnan prisoner is suffering from lumbar spine injury and should be in bed rest.” (more…)

A Report About Ali Asghar Mahmoudian’s Situation In Semnan Prison

HRANA News Agency – The family of political prisoner, Ali Asghar Mahmoudian and himself, are trying to get forgiveness for his imprisonment fine, which has been considered due to his medical leave, by writing and contacting judicial institutions.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Ali Asghar Mahmoudian, political prisoner, has been considered to be given a penalty charge of four to six months to compensate for the time taken for his medical leave. He and his family are trying to correspondence with the different judicial bodies to get a pardon for the fine so that the authorities would release this ill political prisoner from prison. (more…)

Ali Asghar Mahmoudian has been arrested again

HRANA News Agency – Authorities did not deduct the three years that Ali Asghar Mahmoudian had served in detention and he is arrested again.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Ali Asghar Mahmoudian was arrested align with his wife, Kefayat Malekmohammadi, in January 2010. After three years in uncertainty, he was sentenced to 6 years in prison in exile, in branch number 15 of the revolutionary court, by chief judge Salavati. (more…)
