Arash Honarvar Shojai Released From Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Arash (Mohamad Sadegh) Honarvar Shojai, imprisoned cleric blogger, was released from the prison after serving his sentence.

According to the report of the Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Arash Honarvar Shojai who had been sentenced on charges of propaganda against the regime and insulting the leadership, to four years imprisonment, 800,000 tomans fine, 50 lashes and defrocked from the priesthood for life after serving his sentence was released on January 2nd. Arash Honarvar Shojai started hunger strike

HRANA News Agency – Arash Honarvar Shojai, the prisoner of conscientious has started hunger strike after a heavy bail was set for him.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Arash Honarvar Shojai, whose first sentence of four years in prison is about to finish and his second 15 months in prisons sentence is going to be started, has started hunger strike after court set a one billion bail for him. Arash Honarvar Shojai is in bad health condition

HRANA News Agency – Arash Honarvar Shojai, the critic and dissident clergyman and the political prisoner of Evin, is in bad health condition.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Arash Honarvar Shojai, the political prisoner of Evin prison is in bad health condition. It is about a week that his health condition is getting worse and he has been hospitalized in Fazl-oddoleh hospital in Tehran for high rate of liver enzymes and lithium toxicity. (more…)

A dissident cleric on hunger strike in Evin prison

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Sadegh (Arash) Honarvar Shojai, the dissident cleric, has been transferred from special clerical ward to solitary confinement in Evin prison.

The imprisoned blogger mullah is charged again

HRANA News Agency – After serving almost 30 months of prison, Arash Honarvar Shojai, the blogger mullah is going to face the third trial and has been charged by the branch 2 of the special court for the clergy of Tehran.

According to a report by Jaras, he has been charged with “propaganda against the government through participating in the No to obliging veil campaign,” “insulting the former leader of the Islamic Republic through an interview with Rasam website on the occasion of the August 18, 1953 coup d’etat” and “wearing Mullah’s clothes despite the sentence of the court.” (more…)
