HRANA News Agency – In spite of the announcement of Qazvin prosecutor and international objections two prisoners have been hanged in public in Karaj this morning.
According to a report by Mehr, last year two sisters complained of being raped in a police station. They said two young boys who picked them up as passengers brought them to a garden around Kordan and raped them.
The police officers started the investigations and arrested the two young boys who accepted their crimes in the integrations.
These two were sentenced to death by the criminal court of Alborz province which was confirmed in the Supreme Court afterwards.
