HRANA News Agency – Ali Sallanpoor, political prisoner of Rajaei Shahr prison of Karaj, has been transferred to prison without completion of medical treatment after surgery operation.
According to Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Ali Sallanpoor, political prisoner of Rajaei Shahr prison of Karaj, who was sent to Shohada-e-Tajrish hospital in Tehran after a long delay on November 24 due to his sever health condition, was transferred to hall number 12 of Rajaei shahr prison after the surgery and without completion of normal treatments, on December 13.
Mr. Sallanpoor who was under surgery for replacement and tuning in four spins, according to professional doctor’s prescription, needed another operation on his neck, which was not performed.
Need to be mentioned that officers even did not allow stitches to be removed, despite the request of prison’s personnel. Surprisingly, they claimed that hospital is not sterilized and he has to finish his treatment in prison.
As reminder, Ali Sallanpoor was arrested on December 19, 2010, and sentenced to five years in prison by revolutionary court, on charge of acts against national security by advocacy of MEK, and is currently kept in hall number 12 of Rajaei Shahr prison.
