HRANA News Agency – General Court of Golestan of Tehran extended the detention of Siamak Mirzaee in Evin prion for one more month.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), on August 15, judge Rajabi announced the extension of Siamak Mirzaee’s detention order to his wife when she referred to the court to follow his situation.
Recently judge Rajabi declared to Mirzaee family that he would be detained only for thirty days and then would be released on the bail.
Siamak Mirzai had been arrested by the security forces at his workplace and was transferred to ward 209 of Evin prison on July 14.
During more than a month of his detention he had only a short phone call with his wife.
It should be noted that his chargers are not officially announced, but the prosecutor, announced the connection with foreigners as one of the reasons for his detention.
