Ali Reza Babaei Tried In Tehran Revolutionary Court

HRANA News Agency – Ali Reza Babaei, political prisoner who is held in ward 8 of Evin prison, was tried.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Alireza Babaei was tried by Branch 28 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Moghiseh, on charges of propaganda against the regime and insulting the leadership, on Tuesday 1st September.
This political prisoner is accused with burning the image of one of Iranian Authorities, in front of the Iranian embassy in Denmark. He was held about 40 days in ward 2A of the Revolutionary Guards and has been interrogated and then has been transferred in August to ward 8 of Evin prison ward 8.
