HRANA News Agency – Aziz Samandari, Baha’i citizen, was released from RajainShahr prison in Karaj.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Aziz Samandari was released after enduring five years imprisonment on Friday, April 14, 2017.
Azizullah Samandari had been sentenced to 5 years imprisonment by Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court presided by judge Moghiseh, on charges of “active membership in the Baha’i organization, attempt to create and launch a computer program and technical support of the Baha’is University”.
It is to say that Aziziullah Samandari was in prison from 2012, and his father was executed for the same charges, in 1992.
