Baha’i Citizen Arrested in Ghaem Shahr

HRA News Agency– Simin Gorji, a Baha’i citizen residing in Ghaem Shahr was arrested by police forces.

 

According to HRANA reports, Ms. Gorji was arrested on May 6, 2010, upon her arrival at the local police station in response to a summons.

Simin Gorji was previously sentenced to one year in prison by the Appellate Court. Ms. Gorji was previously arrested on April 24, 2008, and was released on bail on October 26, 2008, after spending 6 months in solitary confinement.
