HRANA News Agency – Hossein Ronaghi, the political prisoner in ward 350 in Evin prison is on medical strike since 2 weeks ago.
 
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the doctors have said that he needs to be on medical furlough however the authorities do not allow him. Because of that he is on medical strike since 2 weeks ago and is not accepting to go to the hospital either.
 
Hossein Ronaghi is suffering from kidney disease, Gastrointestinal bleeding, Frequent urination and Dysuria.
 
One of his relatives pointed out the bad food and cold weather of the prison as the reasons of his health condition getting worse.
 
Hossein Ronaghi Maleki has been sentenced to 15 years in prison on charge of passing the internet filtering by Judge Pir Abbasi in branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran.
