HRANA News Agency – The sentence of 10 years imprisonment of Kamal Hassan Ramazan, Syrian political prisoner in Orumiyeh Central Prison was reduced to seven years and six months and one day by using the “submit vote” and applying Article 442.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the sentence of 10 years imprisonment of Kamal Hassan Ramazan, Syrian political prisoner in Orumiyeh Central Prison was reduced to seven years and six months and one day by using the “submit vote” and applying Article 442.

Kamal Hassan Ramazan, along with Ali Yeganeh and Abdullah Amuie Milan were sentenced to 10 years, 5 years and one day and two years and one day in prison on charge of acting against the national security by cooperating with the PKK on August 15, 2016.

Hassan Kamal Ramazan, Syrian-born prisoner in Orumiyeh prison was arrested by the IRGC intelligence agents in 2014.

Ali Yeganeh and Abdullah Amuie Milan were arrested on similar charges in 2015. Mr. Amuie have been released on the bail.
