HRANA News Agency – A house owned by Fatemeh Zandi, a member of the faith called “Al-Yasin Community” has been confiscated by the Executive Commission of Imam Khomaini’s Order.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the house owned by Fatemeh Zandi, a member of the community called “Al-Yasin” has been confiscated by the Executive Commission of Imam Khomaini’s Order and the ownership of this building has changed in favor of this commission.

Fatemeh Zandi is a member of Al-Yasin community and one of the students of Paiman Fathi, known as Master Ilia, who has working in Movafaghiyat publication in her record. After the closing of this publication, an arrest order was issued for her, she departed the country and got asylum from Sweden.

Fatemeh Zandi said to HRANA’s reporter, “two years ago when my sister wanted to sell the house, she noted that the house has been confiscated and the order came from the Executive Commission of Imam Khomaini’s Order”.

This member of AL-Yasin community continued, “according to a letter from the intelligence service, because she and her husband Mr. Mohsen Namakian are members of Al-Yasin community, their house has to be confiscated”.

Fatemeh Zandi answered to a question regarding following up this issue during past two years, “our follow up did not have any result and my ownership documents were voided and changed in favor of the Executive Commission of Imam Khomaini’s Order”.

Need to be mentioned, yet no court session has been carried out for the actual owner of this house and she does not have any arrest record.

Ms. Zandi believes the “religion bureau of the intelligence service” is the main responsible.

In the file of confiscation of Ms. Zandi, the AL-Yasin community is called “faith” and the marriage of Fatemeh Zandi and Mohsen Namakian is alleged to be “organizational marriage”.

Xhinoos Sharif Razi, a jurisdiction lawyer, has confirmed this, and said that she did not understand the law which this case has been based upon.
