7 Sunni Prisoners Held Under Detention Since 6 Years Ago

HRANA News Agency – Seven Sunnis prisoners of conscience, who are under detention since more than six years ago, are held in undecided conditions in various prisons in the country.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), seven Sunni prisoners named Davud Abdullahi, Kamran Sheikhi, Farhad Salimi, Anvar khezri, Khosrow Besharat, Qasem Absteh, and Ayoub Karimi, who were arrested in 2009, after more than six years of detention still remain in an indeterminate status. Farhad Salimi is denied to have furlough

HRANA News Agency – Despite the fact that the father of Farhad Salimi, the Sunni prisoner, passed away, the prison authorities refuse to send him to furlough.

 

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Farhad Salimi from Saghez was arrested on February 8, 2010, by intelligent service forces.
