A Juvenile Offender at the Risk of Execution

HRANA News Agency – The danger of execution threatens Himan Ouraminejad, juvenile offender in Sanandaj prison. After the Supreme Court upheld his death sentence, the verdict has been sent to the executive branch in the prison. His death sentence has been confirmed in the Supreme Court and is waiting for the permission of head of judiciary to be executed. According to an informed source, the forensic has just asked him few questions and the actual scientific tests were not carried out about him.

The Supreme Court Confirms The Death Sentence Of A Juvenile Offender

HRANA News Agency – The death sentence of Himan Ouraminejad who was charged with murder as a juvenile, has been confirmed in the Supreme Court and is waiting for the permission of head of judiciary to be executed.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Himan Ouraminejad is charged with the murder of another juvenile in a fight in Sanandaj. (more…)
