Mohammad Najafi Will Be Tried in the Criminal Court

HRANA News Agency – The indictment was issued for Mohammad Najafi, a lawyer and human rights activist by the prosecution of city of Shazand with the charges of “spreading lies and disturbing public opinion”. Mr. Najafi must be present in the criminal court shazand on August 3.

Mohammad Najafi Acquitted in One of Three Cases

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Najafi, a lawyer and human rights activist was acquitted of the allegation of “7 disciplinary violations” at branch number 3 of law enforcement court of Markazi province. This was one of the three cases that the lawyer is prosecuted on the basis of them.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on May 20, 2016, branch number 3 of law enforcement court of Markazi province issued the acquittal of Mohammad Najafi for allegation of “7 disciplinary violations”. Mohammad Najafi Faces a Third Case in the Court of Shazand

HRANA News Agency – After being summoned to the judiciary, Mohammad Najafi, judicial lawyer, was informed that a third case has been opened for him and he is facing  a charge of “spreading lies for disturbing public opinions”, for his speech in Nobonyad mosque in Shazand.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Najafi, attorney lawyer who is active in human rights issues, was summoned through a phone call to Shazand’s prosecutor’s office, on May 10th. Mohammad Najafi’s Trial Postponed

HRANA News Agency – The court hearing of Mohammad Najafi, lawyer, was not held due to absence of the judge in the Branch 102 of the Criminal Justice Court in Shandiz, in the Markazi province. Mr. Najafi is charged with “disturbing the public opinion”.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Mohammad Najafi along with his lawyers, Mr. Payam Dorafshan and Arash Keikhosravi, showed up in Branch 102 of the Criminal Justice Court in Shandiz, in the Markazi province, to address the charge of “disturbing the public opinion”, however, because of the absence of the judge, the trial did not take place and the case was postponed indefinitely. Mohammad Najafi Summoned To The Court In Shazand

HRANA News Agency – The first branch of the General and Revolutionary Courts of Shazand of Markazi province has summoned lawyer Mohammad Najafi. In the summons the charge of Mr. Najafi has listed as “disturbing the public opinion” and he must attend the hearing within five days of receiving the summons.

A Lawyer Tried On Political Charges In Arak

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Najafi, an attorney, was prosecuted by the Disciplinary Attorney of Bar Association of Arak city with political-security charges and went on trial on Wednesday 6th January 2016.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the Disciplinary Attorney of Bar Association of Markazi province (Arak) had prosecuted Mr Mohammad Najafi with a collection of political charges citing complaint of an unidentified citizen.
