HRANA News Agency – Mostafa Sabzi and Rahman Rashidzade, two political prisoners of Urumieh Prison who after announcing hunger strike had been transferred to solitary confinement, were returned to the ward by ending their hunger strike and the promise of prison authorities to address their demands.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), the two mentioned political prisoners were asking the prison authorities to transfer them to the political prisoner’s ward, and were protesting the failure to implement the law that requires the prison authorities to classify and separate prisoners based on the crimes they have committed.
