The Sentences of 3 Sunni Prisoners Reduced to 12 Years

HRANA News Agency – The appeal court reduced the sentences of three Sunni prisoner in Rajaei Shahr prison, to 12 years in prison. These prisoners who had previously been sentenced to death, were sentenced to 15 years in prison after the supreme court reject the sentence, and their retrial.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the sentence of 15 years in prison of three Sunni prisoners of Rajaei Shahr with the names of Taymoor Naderizadeh, Farshid Naseri and Farzad Shahnazari, who are being kept in hall number 21 in ward 7, were reduced to 12 years in prison in the appeal court. A Father And His Son Deprived Of Being Held In The Same Ward In Rajaei Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Rajaei Shahr prison officials rejected the request of an imprisoned Sunni father and his son to be transferred to the same ward. Taymoor and Erfan Naderizadeh said that due to differences of visit days for different wards and long distances between Sanandaj and Karaj, their family could not afford to travel twice a week for visit.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the vice executive officer of Rajaei Shahr has responded to them, that the prosecutor’s representative was deciding about this issue.
