HRANA News Agency – Three prisoners who had been sentenced to death were hanged in Rafsanjan prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), these three men, all of whom were convicted of drug crimes were executed in Rafsanjan prison on Tuesday 4th August.
One of them was Hossein Seifi Qoli, and there is no information about the others’ identities, as the authorities and judicial departments have not released any information in this regard, either.
In addition to the high number of executions, secret and unannounced executions have been always an issue that has been criticized by the human rights organizations.
