4 Arab Activists Released on the Bail

HRANA News Agency – On October 29, four Arab civilians from Ahvaz including three brothers who had been previously detained by security forces, were released on the bail temporarily until their trial.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on October 29, 2016, three brothers namely Malek Heidari, 38, Mohammad Heidari, 26, and Emad Heidari, 25, who had been previously detained by the intelligence ministry due to their religious activities, were released on the bail temporarily until their trial.
They were charged with “propagating Salafism”. Previously Emad Haidari had been summoned few times by the intelligence service of Ahvaz, and was accused of missionary.
Also on October 29, Amer Silavi who had been previously detained in Koy Arya in Kut Abdollah area in Ahvaz on October 5, was released on the bail of 1500 million IRR.
Amer Silavi, 34, is married and has 4 children.
Amer Silavi has organized protesters of the human chain against transferring water of Karoon to Isfahan and other cities.
