HRANA News Agency – Jamshid Sadegh Al-Hosseini, returned to Rajai Shahr Prison.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Jamshid Sadegh Al-Hosseini, incarcerated in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, returned to Rajai Shahr prison on Wednesday, 14th October after a week of furlough.
Jamshid Sadegh Al-Hosseini, engineer, was arrested by the security officials on charge of collaboration with the government of America in 2008.
After a long period of imprisonment in ward 209 and after a year that he had not met even once his lawyer, he was sent to Branch 15 of Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Salvati.
The court considered him as an enemy of God, and with a degree of discount, sentenced him to life time imprisonment and exiled him to Rajai Shahr prison.
The sentence was reduced to 10 years in the court of appeal.
