HRANA News Agency – By refusing the aggregation of crimes and preventing from extending the furlough, Arash Moqadam Aslanpour returned to Rajaee Shahr Prison in Karaj.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Arash Moqadam Aslanpour, was sent on furlough on Monday 21 December 2015.
Despite his expectation, judicial officials have said that in his case aggregation of crimes has not been applied and he had to return to the prison on Sunday.
Note that, according to a close relatives of Mr Aslanpour the news of his release was published already which is being corrected now.
Earlier Arash Moqadam Aslanpour was sentenced to eight years in prison on charges of blasphemy, insulting the leadership and propaganda against the regime one year and four months of which was pardoned on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
During the raid of the security forces to ward 350 in Evin prison, known as “Black Thursday”, one year was added to his sentence after the deportation of this prisoner to Rajaee Shahr prison.
