HRANA News Agency – The parole request of Amirnouzar Nouzaripoor, political prisoner of ward number 7 of Evin prison was rejected, even though he has served 1/3^rd of his sentence.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the parole of Amirnouzar Nouzaripoor, political prisoner, is being rejected, despite the approval of judicial authorities and prosecutor, while he has served more than 2 years of the sentence.
Amirnouzar Nouzaripoor, who was charged with sacrilege and acts against the national security and sentenced to 10 years in prison, received a reduction in the sentence last year, after article 134 was applied to his sentence, which turned it into 5 years in prison.
