According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mahmood Masoumi, one of the detainees of protests in front of Dena building, following telephone Summon, was summoned to the IRGC Intelligence located in Neyayesh Street next to the Basij Mostazafin building, on September 5.
A close source to Mr. Masoumi announced that he had been summoned several times since he was released.
On Thursday May 12, a number of supporters of Mohammad Ali Taheri, founder of “Erfan-e-Halgheh”, mysticism group, were arrested in a gathering in front of Dena Tires. Mahmoud Masoumi was one of them, and although a bail had been issued for him to be released, he was transferred to Great Prison of Tehran (Fashafuyeh) in the first investigation in Shahid Moghadas court, in Evin prison, on Saturday, May 14.
Mahmood Masoomi, 21, from Gonbad-e Qabus, aircraft mechanic student at the University of Saha, was transferred to ward 2-A in Evin prison, with a detention warrant for two months, issued by Shahid Moghadas court.
Mr. Masoumi was transferred again to the Great Prison of Tehran on June 6 and finally, on June 13 was released on the bail of 2 billion IRR.
