HRANA News Agency – The agents who were responsible for protecting Solaiman Pairoti, Sunni prisoner in Rajae Shahr prison in Karaj who was hospitalized in a hospital due to a second heart attack, had introduced the prisoner as a “Daesh member” to people at the hospital and incited them to “do anything they liked” against the sick prisoner who was tied to the bed by handcuffs and shackles. The agents allowed triggered citizens to beat the prisoner by keeping the door open. It is reported that some citizens spited him and some have beaten him.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Solaiman Pairoti, Sunni prisoner in Rajae Shahr prison in Karaj was hospitalized in a hospital due to a second heart attack on November 19, 2016. The agents who were responsible for protecting him had introduced the prisoner who was tied to the bed by handcuffs and shackles, as a “dirty Daesh” to the people at the hospital.
The agent allowed triggered citizens to “do anything they liked” against the prisoner by keeping the door open.
It is reported that some citizens spited him and some have beaten him.
According to HRANA’s informed sources, Mr. Pairoti despite severe physical weakness due to poor conditions and lack of security, demanded to be returned to the prison.
Authorities returned Mr. Pairoti who is unable to speak and walk due to his poor physical condition to the prison at 10 PM on November 23, 2016.
It is reported, Sunni prisoners in Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj were informed of the incident and protested and called for collision with trespassing agents and called guarantees of non-repetition of such a behavior.
Authorities of Rajai Shahr prison had no reaction to the unusual incident.
It is worth mentioning Solaiman Pairoti is kept at Rajae Shahr prison in Karaj since 25 months ago by a sentence of 5 years. The prisoner who has three children, had been forbidden from furlough, parole and probation so far.
The prisoner had suffered a heart attack this year for the first time. He is now in a very poor physical condition.
