HRANA – Shahrouz Sadidi, a 39-year-old resident of Sabzevar, has been in detention since September 30. Following his arrest by agents of the IRGC Intelligence Organization in Sabzevar, he was transferred to Sabzevar Prison.
According to HRANA, Shahrouz Sadidi was arrested by IRGC Intelligence agents in Sabzevar on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
Based on information received by HRANA, Mr. Sadidi was transferred to Sabzevar Prison following his arrest and is currently being held in solitary confinement in the prison’s quarantine ward. A one-month temporary detention order has been issued for him.
Shahram Sadidi, his brother, also stated in a published post that a security-related case has been opened against Shahrouz Sadidi at Branch 1 of the Investigation Office of the Sabzevar Prosecutor’s Office, presided over by investigator Golestani. He is facing a charge of “propaganda against the regime.”
As of the time of this report, no information has been obtained regarding the specific grounds underlying the charge against him.
Shahrouz Sadidi was previously arrested on November 30, 2025, along with his sister, Shokouh Sadidi, by agents of the Sabzevar Ministry of Intelligence. The two were released after several hours of interrogation and after signing a written pledge.
