HRANA News Agency – Reza Shahabi was transferred to the clinic of prison due to his physical deterioration.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Reza Shahbi Zakari, the labour activist and political prisoner had been transferred from Evin to Rajai Shahr prison, on Sunday June 1st. The same day he started his hunger strike in protest at this transfer.
He had passed out and been transferred to the clinic on Monday June 23rd, too.
An informed source who wanted to remain unknown told HRANA’s reporter, “Shahrokh Zamani took Reza Shahbi to clinic, after he passed out. Shahrokh Zamani asked the authorities to use serum, but they refused and stated that he should break his strike”.
Reza Shahbi is in bad condition and needs someone to help him during walking”. He said
As reminder, Reza Shahbi the board member of Tehran and suburb’s bus drivers syndicate has been sentenced to four years in prison, five years ban from syndicate activities and seventy million Iranian Rials fines.
