Amir Amirgholi Transferred to the Court

HRANA News Agency – Amir Amirgholi, former student activist, who was arrested two and half months ago and transferred to Evin prison, was arraigned.
According to Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Amir Amirgholi, former student activist, who was arrested on December 1, 2014, was arraigned in Branch number 6 of Shahid Moghaddas court (in Evin prison), on Monday February 9.
The charges that were arraigned to this political prisoner and former student activist include collusion and acts against the national security, propaganda against the regime, blasphemy and insulting the supreme leader.
An informed source told HRANA’s reporter, “the allegations of collusion and propaganda are due to attendance of Amir Amirgholi in the protest for solidarity with Kobani, and blasphemy and insulting supreme leader allegations are due to the context of the articles that he had shared in his personal Facebook page”.
Need to be mentioned, Amir Amirgholi was a student activist who was arrested in 2008 following his political activities and expelled from the university.
