Amir Khosrow Dalirsani Sentenced to Four Years In Prison

HRANA – Judge Mogheyseh of the 28th Branch of the Revolutionary Court sentenced Amir Khosrow Dalirsani, a national-religious activist (Iranian National Front supporter) and member of the Committee Against Arbitrary Arrests, to four years in prison.


According to information received by HRANA reporters, on Sunday, May 16, 2010, Amir Khosrow Dalirsani was transferred from ward 350 of Evin Prison to Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court to receive his sentence.
Dalirsani was arrested in the aftermath of the popular protests on December 27, 2009 (Ashura), and charged with “gathering and collusion with the intent to commit crimes against national security.”
The Committee against Arbitrary Arrests was formed in July 2007 by a coalition of reputable national-political organizations and national-religious groups.
