Fariba Kamalabadi denied leave to attend daughter’s wedding

HRANA News Agency – Fariba Kamalabadi one of the seven “Yaran” (National facilitators for the Bahai community) who are serving twenty-year prison sentences as prisoners of conscience, has been denied leave from prison to attend the wedding of her daughter.

Supreme Court upholds Sohail Arabi’s death sentence

HRANA News Agency – Death sentence for Sohail Arabi, Facebook activist, who allegedly insulted the Prophet and Imams, was upheld by the Supreme Court and his case was sent to the Executive Office.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Branch 41 of the Supreme Court upheld Soheil Arabi’s death sentence for alleged insults the Prophet and Imams and referred his case to the county Execution Office, Branch 76 of the Penal. Ali Salanpour urgently transferred to hospital

HRANA News Agency – Ali Salanpour, who was earlier prevented from getting treatment in Medical Centers outside the prison by the Prison Observer Judge order, following a critical physical condition, was urgently transferred to hospital.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Ali Salanpour, Political Prisoner of hall 12 at Rajai Shahr Prison, in Karaj, was returned to prison from Shohadai Tajrish hospital by Khodabakhshi’s order (judge concerning political prisoners) about 2 weeks ago, without completing the treatment. Hunger Strike at Uremia Prison goes on

HRANA News Agency – About 30 political prisoners at the central prison of Uremia, Darya, have gone on hunger strike since Thursday November 20th.

3rd class pupil has an operation because of being whipped

HRANA News Agency – Abdulhamid Gargij, 9-year-old student, was sent to “Imam Ali Hospital”, in Zahedan, because of being whipped by the school teacher.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Abdulhamid Gargij, son of Noorollah, 9-year-old, 3rd class student at Shahid Mirhosseini primary school in Mirjaveh city, was sent to operation room in hospital because of  the infection and rupture of the vessel that were caused by being whipped. HRANA News Agency – The following report is a complete investigation about the arrest and 2.5 year prosecution process of Soheil Babadi, cyber activist prisoner at Karaj Rajaee shahr prison. In this thorough report large number of human rights violation of Iranian citizens are documented.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Soheil Babadi born in September 1978, is a graduate of computer engineering and was arrested on 22 May 2012 at a language school and was transferred to ward 2A at Evin Prison. The day after his arrest, several plain clothes security officers raided his house without providing a search warrant and searched his house for couple of hours. Saeed Yasaee still in custody

HRANA News Agency – After 5 days of his arrest, Saeed Yasaee is still in custody and his freedom has been denied.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), on Tuesday 18 November 2014, Saeed Yasaee was arrested in front of the Penal Court at Khayyam Street while he intended to return home.
