HRANA News Agency – The trial session of Farzad Shahnazari and Teymour Naderizadeh which was supposed to be held in the Revolutionary Court on Saturday 13 February was postponed because of absence of judge Salvati. The two Sunni prisoners have already been sentenced to death by judge Moghiseh but due to abolition of the sentence by the Supreme Court the case was referred to Branch 15 for retrial.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the Supreme Court cancelled the execution of Farzad Shahnazari and Teymour Naderizadeh in November 2015 and the case was sent to branch 15 for judicial proceedings. 4 Sunni Prisoners Transferred To Urmia Prison
HRANA News Agency – Four Sunni prisoners were transferred from Urmia Intelligence Office to the prison after three months of interrogations. Seyed Taha Karimi, Hassan Youssefi, Ali Khalili and Mohammad Sa’id Hamzeh Zadeh were arrested in Mahabad in November.

A Father And His Son Deprived Of Being Held In The Same Ward In Rajaei Shahr Prison
HRANA News Agency – Rajaei Shahr prison officials rejected the request of an imprisoned Sunni father and his son to be transferred to the same ward. Taymoor and Erfan Naderizadeh said that due to differences of visit days for different wards and long distances between Sanandaj and Karaj, their family could not afford to travel twice a week for visit.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the vice executive officer of Rajaei Shahr has responded to them, that the prosecutor’s representative was deciding about this issue. HRANA News Agency – Seyed Kaweh Seyedzadeh has been arrested in Bukan by the security forces and was taken to an unknown location.

Sanandaj Ministry Of Intelligence Applies A New Tactic Against Bahais
HRANA NEws Agency – The Ministry of Intelligence in Sanandaj has detained a number of persons who have contact with a Bahai family, and has pressured them to submit private complaints against the family, which would accuse them of teaching the Bahai Faith or leading people astray.

Final Trial Of The Gorgan Bahais
HRANA News Agency – On December 27, 2015, the Revolutionary Court in Gorgan, in Iran’s Golestan Province, held the eighth and last in a series of trials of the Bahais who were arrested in the Province in October, 2012, and later released on bail.

Hall 10 Of Rajai Shahr Prison Inspected Twice In 10 Days
HRANA News Agency – Officers of Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj, have inspected the hall 10 of ward 4 of this prison for the second time in last ten days.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), prisoners in this ward, who are mainly death row Sunni prisoners, said that the prison officer guards cluttered all prisoners’ belongings and even, took some of them with themselves. At Least 10 Christians Arrested In Shiraz
HRANA News Agency – Local sources have reported that at least ten Christian converts were arrested during a ceremony in a house church in Shiraz.
