Davar Hosseini Vojdan Released from Evin Prison

HRANA News Agency – Davar Hosseini Vojdan, political prisoner in ward 350 of Evin prison, has been released.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Davar Hosseini Vojdan, was released from ward 350 of Evin prison, on Thursday afternoon 2nd July, after serving his imprisonment sentence.

Davar Hosseini Vojdan, engineering student of Isfahan University of Technology, was arrested on 5th December 2011 by the Intelligence Ministry agents.

This student’s case was referred to Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Salvati, after interrogation, and six weeks after his arrest, in September 2012, he was sentenced to 6 years imprisonment on charges of gathering and collusion against national security and propaganda against the regime, and in April 2013 that sentence was reduced to 4 years imprisonment.Top of Form
