Delshad Vasimi Was Released from Rajaei Shahr Prison

HRANA News Agency – Delshad Vasimi was released while he was on a wheelchair and could not recognize his family, on October 19th.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Delshad Vasimi, security prisoner in Rajaei Shahr prison, was transferred to political prisoners’ ward on Wednesday October 5, while he had some injuries on his neck.
This prisoner who was in a bad condition had been transferred to a hospital but was sent back to the prison without proper treatment, and this time sent to section 7 in hall number 21, of Sunni prisoners.
A close source to this prisoner told HRANA’s reporter regarding his physical condition, “after returning from the hospital, they left Delashad for few days on a bed in under door number 8 of section 7, while he could not talk or eat, and was in a semi-unconscious condition without any medical treatment”.
This source emphasized, “Delshad has lost his physical and mental stability. His condition is urgent and requires special medical treatment, but authorities ignored it and did not care”.
Delshad Vasimi is a Sunni civilian, born in 1989 in Paveh and resident of Tehran and was arrested on July 5.
