HRANA – Fatemeh Jami, a resident of Gorgan, has been detained by security forces for the past 10 days and has been formally charged at the prosecutor’s office in the city.
Based on information received by HRANA, Fatemeh Jami was arrested at her home on June 30 by officers of the Cyber Police (FATA). She was subsequently brought before the Gorgan Prosecutor’s Office, where she was formally charged with insulting the Supreme Leader and communicating with anti-government groups.
A source familiar with the case confirmed the report to HRANA, stating that the arrest was related to her online activities, particularly on Instagram.
Fatemeh Jami, the mother of a 16-year-old son, is a resident of Jami Township in Gorgan.
