It should be noted that the medical furlough for Arash Sadeghi has been ordered on a bail of deed, and is now executive but according to a judiciary-security decision, he can go on furlough when his wife – Golrokh Irai, returns to the prison. On the other hand, Mr. Sadeghi is opposing against this breach of promise by the officials, and this prisoner is still deprived of being sent on leave.
HRANA has reported previously that the kidney and intestines tests’ results show that his kidneys have been damaged due to water shortage. According to the doctor, the right kidney won’t work in the future, as it used to.
The intestine tests also indicate that he has got intestinal adhesion, and doctors said that if that condition would continue, there was a risk of bleeding.
According to the forensic report, after examining Arash Sadeghi, there is a risk of coma and even his death.

This political prisoner later on, in an open letter mentioned the documented issues of violated rights in the process of arrest, interrogation, trial and sentencing, and then implementing this verdict, in his wife’s case.
Golrokh Ebrahimi Iraei was arrested by the security forces, without receiving a summons, to endure her imprisonment sentence and was transferred to Evin prison, in the morning of October 23.
Arash Sadeghi, ended his hunger strike on the day seventy two of his protesting hunger strike in ward eight of Evin prison, after Golrokh Iraei was sent on leave, from Women’s ward in Evin prison, on January 3, 2017.

Also, Mr. Iraei’s mother, as the guarantor, who provided the bail, has received a warning.
